Walker Zimmerman has been one of the best center backs in Major League Soccer for more than half a decade.

Since joining Nashville, Zimmerman has won MLS Defender of the Year twice (2020 & 2021) and been named to the MLS Best XI all three seasons (2020, 2021, 2022). He’s been a vital part of the USMNT at the 2022 World Cup, and signed a Designated Player contract to stay with the club through 2025.

The man affectionately known as “Thor” scored the first goal in club history on February 29th, 2020 against Atlanta United.

It’s no small thing to say that Nashville SC’s captain has been every bit as impactful for the club as Hany Mukhtar.

Zimmerman wore this electric gold primary jersey on September 18th, 2021 against Toronto FC. The boys in gold lost 2-1, with future Nashville SC signing Jacob Shaffelburg scoring one of the goals for Toronto.

This shirt is unique because it is photomatched to Zimmerman wearing it in the match thanks to some wear and damage to the jock tag near the right hem. This presumably came from multiple washings, which implies the shirt was worn in more than one match. The “AUTHENTIC LICENSED PRODUCT”, the 20/21, and the adidas logo are all damaged.

These shirts still featured the club’s three stars “2020 inaugural season” patch on the left hem. They also featured a regular Kick Childhood Patch over the adidas logo on the right breast. Nashville wears a unique/custom Kick Childhood Cancer patch at home matches.

The MLS sleeve patch also shows wear with loose threading and a bit of wash wear.

Zimmerman signed the jersey on the back next to the numbers. It was acquired via MLS Auctions.
