Maxwell Woledzi has proven to be an incredible signing early into his first season with Nashville SC.

Woledzi was signed in December of 2025 from Fredrikstad FK in Norway.

The young Ghanaian defender quickly solidified himself as a starter in a centerback tandem alongside Jeisson Palacios for BJ Callahan’s side. The pair have provided a solid backbone behind an improved Nashville SC attack.

Woledzi’s exuberance and passion on the pitch have made him an instant fan favorite for Nashville SC’s supporters.

He wore this shirt in an April 18th, 2026 matchup against Atlanta United. Maxwell contributed to goalkeeper Brian Schwake’s fourth clean sheet of the season in the 2-0 win.
